It was funny when a bad day turned into the best one just by a simple ‘hello’ from a stranger.

When a completely stranger turned into an important actor of another life.

When two locked hearts became so fragile and flowering.

When two unhappy people could easily find reason to laugh.

When two introverts went out together and shared their deep secrets—or just the embarrassing one.

When two stubborn heads became so dependent and wanted to be protected.

When they needed each other but sometimes it could choke them.

When they started to act like they were superheroes, did everything for each other.

Mungkin yang pernah kita miliki itu cinta. Atau hanya sayang. Atau kekaguman sesaat. Atau bahkan bukan apa-apa. Terserah.. yang kuyakini untuk sekarang, lebih baik aku menempatkanmu dalam kotak kenangan, bukan di harapan atau bahkan tujuan hidup.

Aku tidak akan mempersalahkan siapa-siapa. Bukan aku, kamu, atau takdir yang membuatku mengambil keputusan seperti ini.

Hanya saja, aku terlanjur bermimpi, dan merasa bertanggungjawab atas kelangsungan hidup mimpi-mimpiku itu. Aku ingin mewujudkannya satu per satu.

Jujur, bagiku kamu adalah salah satu mimpi yang ingin kuraih. Namun kurasa, sekarang bukan waktunya untuk meraihmu. Dan mungkin saja suatu hari nanti, aku merasa harus mengganti kamu dengan mimpi yang lain. Itu bukan karena kamu bertambah tua, jelek, dan gendut sehingga aku berhenti menginginkanmu. Tapi karena mungkin saat itu aku telah menemukan kunci peta hidupku. Kunci jawaban tentang apa yang telah Tuhan janjikan padaku dan apa yang tidak mungkin bisa kuraih.

Aku tidak pergi kemana-mana. Kamu masih bisa menemukanku jika kamu mau mencari. Toh, kita masih berada di satu labirin raksasa bernama dunia.

Hanya saja, langkahku tidak lagi menuju kearahmu.
